NewsMichael Best represented Hudl, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based technology connecting video and data for the sports industry, in its acquisition of Titan Sports. Titan Sports delivers cutting-edge wearable technology, providing coaches with a seamless way to view 150 performance-related metrics in a customizable dashboard. The acquisition will now enable coaches of all levels and sports to get the full picture of athletes' performance.
The deal, which will be the third acquisition by Hudl that Michael Best has supported this year, was led by Bart Dillashaw and Brett Valentyn with support from Elaina Bailey, Josh Blumenfeld, Dan Borchert, Lila Brueggeman, Gayle Bush, Michelle Ebben, Linda Emery, Nickholas Harrell, Mark Lotito, Brad MacDonald, Carley Peterson, Eric Rumbaugh, Maggie Schiefen, Ashley Smith, Chelsea Staab, and Martin Tierney.
